1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using slaye ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

slaye is an AI-powered makeup try-on application that allows users to virtually apply makeup styles to their selfie photos. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate transformed images based on your input photos and selected styles.

3. User Accounts

slaye uses your device identifier to create and manage your account automatically. You do not need to register with an email or password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile settings.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial that includes a limited number of transformations. Free trial eligibility is determined at our sole discretion and is limited to one per device.

4.2 Premium Subscription

slaye offers weekly and monthly subscription plans ("Premium") that provide unlimited transformations and additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Google Play Store account settings.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

4.5 Credits & Referrals

Users may earn credits through our referral program. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use slaye only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload images of other people without their consent
• Use the App to create deceptive, harmful, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the App or its AI systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or subscription requirements
• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, or violates third-party rights
• Impersonate others using generated images

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any user who violates these terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Nature of Output

Images generated by slaye are AI-produced approximations. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be photorealistic, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. The App is intended for entertainment and personal exploration only.

6.2 Ownership

You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. AI-generated output images are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share generated images on social media for personal purposes.

6.3 No Endorsement

Generated images do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or professional makeup advice. slaye is not a substitute for professional makeup consultation.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, AI models, style descriptions, reference images, and branding, is the property of slaye and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

slaye is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI-generated results will meet your expectations or be accurate
• Any defects will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, slaye and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App. Upon deletion, a 30-day grace period applies during which your data is retained in case you wish to restore your account. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the App and delete your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
